Jennelyn Gagatiga is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in pharmacy, business, and real estate. She began her career as a Pharmacy Graduate with an MBA degree and worked as a Product and Market Research Developer in an American Personal Care Company in the Philippines before relocating to Canada in 2007.
In 2009, during a recession, Jennelyn purchased her principal residence in the Greater Toronto Area. This purchase marked the beginning of her real estate journey. In 2015, she became an accidental entrepreneur, where her initial intention was to refinance and buy a bigger property for her growing family but instead a realtor convinced her to buy an income property . However, she encountered challenges with a tenant who stopped paying rent and utility bills. She sought to resolve her problem and found her way into real estate networking events to gain knowledge in the business
Since then, Jennelyn has built an impressive real estate portfolio consisting of over 85+ doors both in Canada and internationally. Her portfolio includes various property types, such as single-family homes, student rentals, small and large multifamily properties, with a mix of long-term, short-term, and mid-term rentals. Her investment strategy is focused on cash flow, cash cow properties, and designing a lifestyle that aligns with her vision. She invests in cities and properties across Canada, including the Greater Toronto Area, Golden Horseshoe, Southwestern Ontario, Northern Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, as well as in Florida, USA and the Philippines. She is also working on a deal in Italy.
Jennelyn's expertise in market research has become her niche and ability to see the vision gives an advantage in identifying great real estate deals for her partners. She firmly believes that population growth, job creation, and infrastructure development are the three fundamental factors driving the real estate market.
In addition to her real estate endeavors, Jennelyn Gagatiga is committed to living a lifestyle by design. This means that she actively seeks out properties in locations where she desires to live in the short term as part of her vision planning. By acquiring these properties, she can rent them out for varying durations, whether it be short, mid, or long term, while also experiencing the lifestyle she envisions for herself.
Beyond her success as an entrepreneur, Jennelyn is a community leader and a supporter of women entrepreneurs. She has founded the Real Estate Millionaire's Power Team and is the co-founder and a source speaker at Canadian Pinoy Real Estate Investors (CAPREI).
She has also provided accountability coaching and consultancy services in real estate and business. Jennelyn is an accomplished author and has contributed a chapter to the #1 International Best Seller Book "Magnetic Entrepreneur" titled "Personal Development - How to be a Supermom, It's crazy but it's possible." Currently, she is working on her second book chapter titled "Supermom becomes Entrepreneur."
Jennelyn's company, Right Home and Co, is dedicated to helping investors make their hard-earned money work for them. They provide project opportunities and real estate education to assist individuals in starting and scaling up their real estate ventures. Right Home and Co has been involved in various projects, including BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) multifamily, pre-construction investments, private lending, and vacation and residential rentals since 2018. Through their work, they aim to make a positive impact on the lives of those involved in their real estate projects.
Jennelyn Gagatiga is also actively involved in supporting charities that focus on Alzheimer's disease.
